Winding Down our Vacation...

We decided to hang out at the condo on the last evening of our trip & order in from one of our favorite's, Jordano's Pizza.










After dinner we started packing up so we can leave early in the morning. I love Destin, but I miss our animal friends at home, too. I won't be able to get much unpacking done, I'm sure, between Coco & Booga. They are Momma's kitties & are sure to follow me around just waiting for me to sit down anywhere so that they can claim my lap and shoulders for their own.

Jasmine's b-day celebration. Sweet 16!!! Fudpucker's staff brought Jasmine an ice cream sundae with a candle in it and then enlisted the entire dining area full of strangers to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jasmine.

Cameron and Lexi had a BLAST riding rides last night.

Jasmine's 16th Birthday!

Jasmine wanted to go to Fudpuckers last night to celebrate her 16th birthday. Little did she know Aunt Kathy and the gang was going to join us. I think she might have been a little embarrassed when the WHOLE restaurant sang Happy Birthday to her. Oh well, you only turn 16 once!

I managed to grab a better sunset last night. It's still not perfect, but it's better than the previous night.

Sunsations & Dippin Dots ice cream

After leaving Harborwalk, we stopped at Sunsations to find some t-shirts or other neat souvenirs.








Cameron found what he wanted here. A turtle. A little mini, live turtle, small enough to fit in the palm if his hand. I gotta give it to him, the little buggers were cute. But, we're traveling ... So that doesn't work so well. I'm not sure what Jamie was thinking, but apparently he told Cameron to wait til we get home & he'd buy him one at our local pet store. I guess we'll have to see how that works out...

I found a new Destin t-shirt to add to my collection & Lexi found a surf shirt she liked. Jas found a Destin hoodie she wanted. All around a good time.


















Off to Dippin Dots!!!

Or not ...

It was closed. It's only open Fri., Sat., & Sun. So, I guess we'll have to wait til tomorrow for dippin' dots ice cream. Jamie & the kids got shakes at Whataburger instead.

We're relaxing on the beach now. We'll be eating at Fudpuckers with Jamie's sister & her family tonight. A little impromptu B-Day dinner for Jasmine. We'll give her a couple of early b-day gifts. I bought a cake to take along, too. Check back later for pics of that!
